HELGA REIHL

Helga's passion is to make connections and promote personal development. She is convinced that the two are inextricably linked and that drum circles are the best example of this.

As a social worker, systemic consultant and health coach, she has supported people and groups in dealing with life's challenges since the beginning of her professional career.

In her music therapy training, she was able to combine these skills with her passion for music and developed concepts for musical work with people with disabilities. In 2006, when she was looking for methods that would reduce barriers to making music for everyone, she got to know Jane Bentley and through her the drum circle method.

Since then she has hardly missed any of the training sessions with Arthur Hull and brought the music from the basements of the living groups into the public of the Community Drum Circles.

Based on her extensive training, she has developed a portfolio that combines the potential of her abilities and passions: as a consultant, coach and trainer, she supports individuals in phases of change and decision-making and is in demand as a speaker for healthy working and team development.

Their range of drum circles ranges from an open community drum circle to a team building event and from a mini drum circle with 5 participants to a large event with 500 or more people.

As a speaker on the topic of inclusion, Helga uses Drum Circles as a metaphor for the development of inclusive processes and as a model for inclusive practice.

Helga supports the members of the Drum Circle community, among others. as part of further training for the development of an authentic facilitator personality and dealing with everyday questions as a drum circle facilitator.
